Lagos Life Top Up: Virtual Naira and Payment Rules

A Lagos Life top-up uses real money to buy virtual naira. Payments are processed by Bachs. Under the official Terms, §3, game naira cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred outside the game.

What does a top-up buy?

It adds virtual naira for use inside Lagos Life. The Terms also list items, houses and jobs as game-only assets with no real-world value. Who handles the payment details?

The Privacy Policy’s Payments section says Bachs handles card or bank details. The game operator says it sees only the payment reference, amount and status, not your card or bank credentials. Check the current checkout screen and official Terms before paying. The exact top-up amounts and prices need a live game check.

Can you get a refund?

The Terms say a purchase is final once the naira is delivered. If a successful payment brings no naira, or the same payment is charged twice, contact the operator to have it fixed or refunded.
