Lagos Life Sea Plots: Map Ad Space Explained

Lagos Life Sea Plots are part of a paid map advertising feature. The official Terms group them with billboards and say you can pay to display one picture and one link on the city map. The public Terms do not describe Sea Plots as a way to buy real waterfront property.

What can you put on a Sea Plot or billboard?

You can submit an image and a link for display in the game. You keep ownership of the material you upload, while allowing the operator to show it in the game. The Terms’ posting section gives the map ad as an example.

Your ad cannot be illegal, deceptive or a scam. It cannot promote gambling, weapons, drugs or adult content. Hate, harassment and someone else’s private information are also barred. Only use a brand, logo or image if you have permission. These limits come from §4 of the official Terms; read the current rules before you pay.

What happens if an ad is removed?

The operator can remove an ad that breaks those rules without a refund. If it removes a compliant ad by mistake, or a problem on its side stops the ad appearing, the Terms say it will refund the unused time. The precise display duration and price are shown by the live purchase flow, not by the public Terms.

Where does the link take visitors?

It takes them to a site outside Lagos Life. The operator says it does not run or take responsibility for those destinations. Check any destination yourself before opening it or putting your own link in an ad.
