Lagos Life Houses: What the 400 Homes Mean
The Lagos Life map highlights 400 homes. A house is part of your saved game data, according to the Privacy Policy. The Terms say game houses have no real-world value and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
What happens to your house when you leave the game?
The operator says it stores your Sim, house, money, jobs, relationships and progress so you can continue later. It keeps that game data while you have an account. If you request account deletion, the policy says your game data is deleted along with the account, chats and email, apart from payment records that must be kept by law.
Can you sell or transfer a home?
Not for real-world value or outside Lagos Life. The Terms put houses in the same category as in-game naira, items and jobs: they are game features, not assets you can cash out or sell elsewhere. For the wider rule, see Lagos Life money.
How do you buy or visit a house?
Use the 400 homes entry shown on the official map and read the current prompts. The public documents do not publish a house price list, buying steps, moving process or the name of a neighbour panel. Do not use an old screenshot as a price quote.
If you are comparing map features, Lagos Life Sea Plots are documented as paid advertising space, while houses are saved with your game. The Lagos Life locations guide lists the named places on the map.
